Green Tree Pharmacy understands the need for good working relationships with residents’ families since they are frequently the decision makers for the residents. Their referrals are valuable in census building and general community relationships. We provide Family Night in services on topics of interest. We also understand that our billing department is often their primary point of contact, so we have made special efforts to ensure customer satisfaction with this group. Our billing staff often assists families in understanding the Medicare processes.
Pharmacists from Green Tree are available to provide Family Night presentations on a wide variety of topics, including new drugs, specific disease states, and Medicare coverage issues. We have found these presentations to be a good venue for families to become more involved with the care of their loved ones and to become more connected with the facility and pharmacy.
